Eva Longoria’s Triple-Stacked Faux Fringe

Jennifer Lopez’s Long Lower Lashes

One of the hottest lash trends this season is to play up your lower lashes a la J.Lo in her "On the Floor" video. Guess it’s fitting for Kat to go for cat-like fringe! Line your entire eyelid with black liquid liner (I like Black Radiance Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner, $3.99, walgreens.com), extending the bottom line out past the outside corner of your eye, then apply a volumizing mascara (like CoverGirl Lash Blast Fusion, $8, target.com) to the top and bottom lashes, adding a few extra coats near the outer corners.
