Most men would jump at the chance to share the stage with a host of lingerie-clad supermodels.

But for Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, he only had eyes for his model girlfriend Anne Vyalitsyna as she sashayed the catwalk at the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

Performing his hit song Moves Like Jagger, smitten Levine was temporarily distracted from his set by the sight of the Russian blonde in blue lingerie.

Vyalitsyna was one a host of top models, including Adriana Lima, Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio, Erin Heatherton, Doutzen Kroes and Chanel Iman, showcasing their fabulous figures.

While he had been in the zone singing when the other models strutted their stuff, Levine, 32, was happy to escort his girlfriend down the runway.

The 25-year-old looked stunning as she showed off her 34-24-34 figure in a bejewelled navy knickers and bra, which were teamed with sequinned 'fins', giving her the air of an aquatic creature.

After they got to the end of the catwalk at the Lexington Avenue Armory, Levine gave her a kiss on the cheek before stepping back to let the audience appreciate her curves.

Backstage, Vyalitsyna posted photos of her in her pink Victoria's Secret robe getting her hair and make-up done before the big event on her Twitter page.

She tweeted: 'Getting my beauty on backstage VSFashionShow. Two hours before the first show!

'With my favourite and beautiful Izabel Goulart backstage.

Unsurprisingly, Vyalitsyna has been hitting the gym in recent weeks to get her body in top condition for the titillating show.

She paid tribute to her personal trainer Justin Gelband for whipping her into shape.

She wrote on her Twitter page: 'Just finished my last work out before Victoria's Secret show. Feels so great to be in an amazing shape.

'Last three weeks had a lot of sweat and tears. Thank you Justin Gelband for putting up with me and kicking my a** like never before.'

Last night's show marked the third time Vyalitsyna has modelled for Victoria's Secret, having taken part in both the 2008 and 2010 shows.

Last year, Levine stayed in the audience as he watched Vyalitsyna struts her stuff.

Levine and Vyalitsyna have been dating since early 2010 after meeting at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue release party in Las Vegas where Maroon 5 performed.

However, undoubtedly one of the biggest stars of the Victoria's Secret show was Brazilian supermodels Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio, who are currently fourth and firth in the list of the world's top-paid models.

Mother-of-one Lima, 30, kicked off the show to the sounds of rapper Kayne West's hit Stronger in a simple blue set of knickers and bra, with orange thigh-high boots and a large 'Incredible' cape flowing behind her.

Hola Chica! Kroes, who gave birth to her first child in January, looks red-hot in her flamenco-inspired ensemble.

She then changed into a flamenco-style ensemble of black lace lingerie and stockings, which gave the audience a good view of her pert derrière.

And for the finale, she showed off her 34-24-35 curves in a black sheer bodystocking as she danced down the catwalk with Ambrosio.

Contrasting to Lima, Ambrosio was dressed in softer lingerie - a ballet-themed pink ensemble with tutu, before changing into a white polka-dot bra and feathered skirt.

The 30-year-old was given the honour of wearing the Passion Play Fan Wings, which were seven years in the making.

Miranda Kerr took back her crown - or rather, bra - after missing a year due to her pregnancy.

The Australian delivered baby Flynn, her son with husband Orlando Bloom, in January, was impossible to tell as she strutted in her show-stopping ice peacock outfit.

The piece de resistance was the show-stopping $2.5million Fantasy Treasure bra, dripping with yellow diamonds and pearls, which complemented Kerr's stunning figure perfectly.
