Paulino Rubio's 5 tips for summer hotness


Gone are the days of Paulina Rubio's depression over the traumatic loss of her father back in January, the alleged fights with her husband, Nicolás Vallejo Nájera, and her battle with weight loss after the birth of her son, Andrea Nicolás. These days, Paulina Rubio is a new woman, rejuvenated by the same spirit and enthusiasm her fans have come to adore her by. Not to mention a killer body she's fought hard to build through rigorous workouts and healthier living.

"La Chica Dorada" these days is in such good spirits that through her Twitter page, which is now 2 million strong with followers, she's tweeted her female fans everywhere a few tips on looking and staying beautiful, just like her.

1) Drink lots of water all day.

2) Eat fruits, veggies and salads regularly.

3) Go easy on the salt.

4) Try swapping sugar for pure substitutes, such as agave honey.

5) If you're going to eat carbohydrates, make it the integral, good kind.

"And if you feel the need to eat a hamburger, eat it on toasted whole wheat bread, or you could substitute the bread altogether for lettuce!" the singer tweeted.

Is it possible that following her recommendations, you could obtain La Chica Dorada's amazing figure? We're not so sure, but at least it's a start on the way to a healthy diet, right?

Apart from busting her tail to return to her stunning glory, Paulina says she's back in the studio recording tracks for her next album, which will include duets with guest artists, as well as songs in both English and Spanish.
