MANU Feildel sealed victory on Dancing with the Stars last night with a perfect score.
The French chef charged to victory in the marathon finale with a fun filled salsa with partner Alana Patience.
His infectious enthusiasm earned three tens from the judges in the crucial final dance, edging out rival cricket WAG Haley Bracken.
Judge Josh Horner told the My Kitchen Rules favourite: "mate, you are a star."
Todd McKenney the show should invent a new dance category called the Manu.
"You had this look that said "I'm Manu and you're not," McKenney said.
"I love you."
Feildel said he "never dreamed" he could win the coveted mirror ball trophy.
"I just can't believe it. This is beyond anything I could have ever expected. I just loved every minute tonight.
"Alana has taught me so much. I owe this all to her."
Feildel said he had lost eight kilos through gruelling eight-hour a day dance sessions, and wanted to continue with his salsa dancing.
He will take a week off before continuing his commitments to writing a book and hosting new Channel 7 show Dinner Date.
Bracken was philosophical about the loss.
"I didn't really have a public profile before the show so to make it this far has been incredible," she said.
"To be honest, when they read out my name as going into the top two, that was the moment for me."
Bracken, had been scoring perfect scores for her routines in the lead up to the finale, but was derailed by her partner Arica Yegudkin suffering a wardrobe malfunction in their final dance.
Yegudkin ripped off his outfit to reveal sparkling trousers during the routine, but nearly tripped over when the covering layer got caught.
Singer Damien Leith came third in the competition.
Leith opened the show with a sexy samba, and admitted he had lost 10kgs during the show.
"You can't see me now when I turn side on," he said.
