Without his high-profile girlfriend Selena Gomez, the "Mistletoe" singer Justin Bieber went out for having dinner at Mr Chows in Knightsbridge, west London with a group of friends, including a mystery blonde who sat alongside Justin at the table on his last day, November 14, 2011 in London, the UK capital city.

Interestingly, Justin Bieber tweeted earlier in the day after hitting up stores in London: "got some fresh gear in London Town". Referring to his upcoming travels, Justin wrote, "UK I will miss you. Time for Germany and then back to the states to support @PencilsOfPromis - #MakeAChange". Furthermore, Justin Bieber told a British radio station that he'll be performing at this year's "Christmas in Washington” which will be broadcasted on December 16, 2011. Meanwhile, Justin Bieber’s girlfriend Selena Gomez isn’t having a good time because her new pup named Baylor suffered from a near-fatal accident last week after swallowing some rocks and falling violently ill.

Justin Bieber donned a baseball cap and hided his face behind the collar of his jacket as getting a little shopping in London.

The blonde lady has yet to be identified

but she looks to be much older than Justin – older even than Selena Gomez and Maria Yeater
