The X Factor: Stacy Francis Wows; Enrique Iglesias Judges

Enrique Iglesias joined Nicole Scherzinger in her Malibu home as a special guest in the “Judges Homes” auditions on The X Factor on Thursday night.

“When Nicole asked me to be her guest judge I was extremely happy,” Iglesias said. “We get along, we’re good friends and we’ve worked together in the past.”

“I want to see that one person that sticks out,” he added. “It’s not so much all the time about vocal ability, it’s about that uniqueness.”

Fellow judge Paula Abdul had the ‘Groups’ at her home in Santa Barbara Calif., with R&B singer/producer Pharell Williams assisting. L.A. Reid and the ‘Boys’ were in his residence in New York City with Rihanna, and Simon Cowell flew the ‘Girls’ out to the South of France, where unfortunately Mariah Carey could not make it due to hurricane Irene.(That was when the segment was taped.)

Back in Malibu, Iglesias and Scherzinger were blown away with Stacy Francis as she performed an emotion filled rendition of Prince’s classic 1984 ballad “Purple Rain.”

“This is everything to me,” Francis said as tears fell down her face. “I have it in me and it’s my time.”

The Spanish singer was seemed to be in shock with the strength of Francis’ voice.

“I think the neighbors heard that,” a smiling Iglesias told Francis.

Scherzinger, who was in tears along with Francis, questioned if Francis had enough confidence to make it in the music business.

“It’s hard,” said Scherzinger. “I don’t understand. She has all the talent but she will only be as great as her fears and insecurities and doubts.”

Iglesias wondered if Francis would be successful at selling albums.

“Is it good for today’s market?” Iglesias asked Scherzinger. “Will it sell? Will a record company sign her?”

Francis thinks she certainly has the goods to go on to win The X Factor.

“I just want to be on stage,” Francis reiterated. “It’s all I live and breathe for.”

Enrique Iglesias to Appear In Facebook's CityVille

Los Angeles –  Spanish singer Enrique Iglesias will appear on CityVille, the popular game on the social networking site Facebook, as a way of publicizing the artist's current tour introducing his new album "Euphoria!" the technology company Zynga said in a communique.

The game, which every month attracts 69 million players, starting Tuesday will feature an avatar of the Spanish artist who will reveal some of the activities and hobbies that form part of Iglesias' real lifestyle.

Players can also build a virtual Euphoria Arena of the Spaniard's tour in their city, whose final reward is to unlock a preview of the artist's new music video "I Like How It Feels."

"I love finding new and cool ways to connect with my fans," said Iglesias. "Bringing my Euphoria Tour to Zynga's CityVille not only helps me celebrate my tour with a massive global audience, but also gives fans who can't make it to see me live, a way to be part of the Euphoria experience."

"We're committed to continuing to bring players new reasons to play the games they love," Scott Koenigsberg, Zynga's director of business strategy for CityVille, said, adding that "through this partnership with Enrique, we're bringing his Euphoria Tour to CityVille and giving fans and players a fun and playful way to connect with the artist by celebrating his lifestyle and hobbies - think Miami, speedboats, and airplanes."

The game featuring the Spanish star's avatar will be available up to Oct. 10.

This is the first appearance of an artist on the game, though the Zynga company had a previous association with Lady Gaga for the FarmVille game, on which players could unlock songs exclusive to the disc "Born This Way."

Enrique Iglesias Announces Tour with Pitbull & Prince Royce!

Holy trio of hotness! Enrique Iglesias announced his Fall tour yesterday and as if the sultry Spanish singer wasn't enough to make most chicas go crazy, Mr. Worldwide himself (our Hot Guys issue cover model), Pitbull, and up-and-coming bachata sensation Prince Royce will be joining him. We can already hear the high voltage screams of teen girls all over the country!

Sure, we were sort of bummed when Iglesias pulled out of Britney Spears world tour, but we can't say we're disappointed by this lineup. The tour is scheduled to start on September 22 in Boston and end, appropriately enough, in Enrique and Pitbull's home town of Miami on October 22. There are 20 tour stops currently scheduled, but we have to say, we wouldn't be the least bit surprised if this tour gets extended, it's sure to sell out.

“I’m so excited to go out in the States, and this time with my good friends Pitbull and Prince Royce. It’s going to be a great show and we hope to see all of you out there. This tour will be unforgettable!” Iglesias said in a statement released to press.

Pitbull is also looking forward to the concert series: “Being on tour with Enrique Iglesias and Prince Royce proves that unity through music is still a driving force in our community. It will be a show full of energy and the fans will have a good time.”
Of course, the young Prince Royce is super excited to be in such good company, saying, “It is an honor to have been invited by Enrique to be part of this tour alongside him and Pitbull. This is what dreams are made of and I plan to enjoy every moment of it doing what I love most, performing for our fans.”

Men in Fashion at the 2011 Latin Billboard Music Awards!

The 2011 Latin Billboard Music Awards is not just a showcase of talents but of course a rendezvous of different fashion sense and style! Let’s take a look at these gorgeous men who made the red carpet  hotter than ever as they took a pose showing off their unique fashion style:

First off, we have Cristian Castro, a Grammy Award-nominated Mexican pop singer, and one of the night’s presenters. He looked fresh and formal in that black tuxedo with a black bow.

Dyland and Lenny, Puerto Rican reggaeton duo arrives at Bank United Center in Miami, Florida showing off their rugged-classy fashion taste with matching cool shades adding up to the over-all fashion alert drama. This duo is nominated for the Latin Rhythm Airplay Artist of the Year, Duo or Group category.

Vicente Garcia’s get-up for that night reflects his character as young bold and creative. Really cool!

It always pays to dress up clean, classy and polished just like Mauricio Henao- a Columbian Telenovelas actor who rocked a black fitted suit at the 2011 Latin Billboard Music Awards.

Prince Royce is indeed the prince of the night as he bagged home three notable awards: Latin Artist of the Year, New:  Tropical Airplay Artist of the Year, Solo: Tropical Albums Artist of the Year, Solo and two nominations for the Top Latin Albums Artist of the Year, Male: Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year, Male:

Prince Royce is a singer-songwriter, musician and record producer from The Bronx, New York who just debuted his first single in 2010 but his songs remarkably made it to the top ten especially his hit singles "Stand by Me" and "Corazón Sin Cara".

During the award’s night, Prince donned a simple black suit with pinkish polo and a fitted trouser.  He’s indeed a simple man with surprisingly magnificent talent!

Marc Anthony is manly as ever in that all-black fitted suit-which is his distinct signature style! This best selling tropical salsa artist of all time never ages physically and musically, as his songs still top the Billboard list and was nominated this year for two categories: Latin Album of the Year: Top Latin Albums Artist of the Year, Male. He also made the night especial as he performed his top hits for his fans!

Enrique Iglesias-the big winner of the night! He took home an impressive 9 awards out of 14 nominations! He triumphantly snatched the two prestigious awards of the night: Latin Artist of the Year and Latin Album of the Year. Other awards include: Hot Latin Song of the Year:  Enrique Iglesias Feat.
