Pitbull Responds To Lindsay Lohan's Lawsuit

Ever since the story broke about Lindsay Lohan's lawsuit over the song "Give Me Everything," the press has been clamoring for a Pitbull statement. And on Wednesday, Mr. 305 finally piped up. Speaking to Univision, the Miami rapper actually took the high road when discussing Lindsay in Spanish.

No entiendo, es algo positivo" he said. "Soy una persona que apoyo a Lindsay Lohan a todas las personas que la prensa Lo llevan hasta el techo y luego lo a tiran hasta el piso y hacen todo lo que quieren con la vida de estos artistas, esa es la razón que yo dije en esa parte de la canción".

Lohan seemed to think the line "locked up like Lindsay Lohan" was damaging to her image. Pit obviously believes otherwise and said that he supports her and that the track's success could actually help her career.

He even offered to invite Lindsay to this weekend's VMAs as a sign of good will. Somehow we doubt she'll accept, but let's hope it at least changes her mind about taking Mr. 305 to court.

Pitbull Hit with Lawsuit by Lindsay Lohan Over ‘Give Me Everything’ Lyrics

International player Pitbull has been slapped with a defamation lawsuit by paparazzi queen Lindsay Lohan over an unflattering lyric about her on his chart-topping hit single, ‘Give Me Everything.’

TMZ reports that Lohan is angry over Pitbull’s line in the song where he raps, “Hustlers move in silence, so I’m tiptoein’ to keep flowin’/ I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” The actress claims in her lawsuit that the Miami rapper’s lyric defames her good name and “causes her to be associated and identified in connection with defendents.”

Really, Ms. Lohan? This lawsuit sounds so frivolous to us. Ever since she’s been walking in and out of jail she’s been a running punchline for comedians, talk-show hosts and artists. And now she’s upset?!?!

Lindsay is seeking unspecified damages and an injunction to stop all broadcastings of the song. Songwriters Ne-Yo and Afrojack, who co-penned the club anthem, are also named in the documents. We should also mentioned that the lawsuit was registered by attorney Stephanie Ovadia who is the same legal eagle who filed a defamation suit against E-Trade, on Lohan’s behalf, and won an out-of-court settlement.

Lawyers for Pitbull, Ne-Yo and Afrojack had no comment on the matter.

What do you think? Does Lindsay Lohan have a case or is she just seeking a quick payday? Sound off in the comments below.

Pitbull to Record Duet With Celia Cruz

Pitbull has collaborated with many superstars, but now he says he is fulfilling his dream of recording a duet with the Queen of Salsa Celia Cruz.

Dominican news website Diario123.com is reporting that while filming the Cuban rapper's latest video, “Baila, Baila,” with El Cata, Miss Dominican Republic and JenCarlos Canela, Pitbull explained why this is one most exciting projects.

“I know this dream will be difficult to fulfill because my Cuban queen, she is no longer with us,” Pitbull said. “Rest in Peace, but today technology exists and I know that we will be able to do something there.”

Pitbull added that all the arrangements have been taken care of for the recording to begin.

The Bald & The Beautiful

William Levy (AKA the Cuban Brad Pitt) showed up at Friday's Premios Juventud Awards with a bold new look—actually, it was more like a bald new look!

The telenovela hunk—who we're used to seeing with a full head of Ricky Martin-esque blonde hair circa 1999's "Livin' La Vida Loca"—walked the red carpet at the Miami award show acting totally casual and nonchalant about his new shave. In fact, William was so carefree and relaxed that some might say he was acting like he didn't have a hair in the world (pun intended). But even with his follicles gone, William still managed to be one of the hottest guys at the show, if not the hottest. Here are five stars, who like William, are bald and beautiful!

William Levy, 30

Bald Since: Last Friday.

Why He's Bald & Beautiful: William's hair may be gone, but he's still as symmetrical as ever. The hunky actor still has that gorgeous smile, the same fit chiseled body, and the bald look makes him look like a bad boy you shouldn't bring home to mom—and let's be honest: doesn't that just make him hotter?

Pitbull, 30

Bald Since: It feels like he was born that way, no?

Why He's Bald and Beautiful: For most guys, hair loss goes hand in hand with feelings of insecurity. But Cuban rapper, Pitbull doesn't seem to mind his bald head—and if you ask us, it's a big part of what makes him so damn sexy!

Amaury Nolasco, 40

Bald Since: August 29, 2005 (the series premiere of Prison Break).

Why He's Bald and Beautiful: When Puerto Rican hottie Amaury Nolasco starred as inmate Fernando Sucre on the hit FOX series, Prison Break, we found ourselves wanting to have conjugal visits. Amaury's bald head made his tough character look like the biggest badass on the planet.

Adrian Bellani, 29
Bald Since: 2011 — for his role in RPM Miami.

Why He's Bald and Beautiful: Lucky is the barber who gets to touch Adrian Bellani's bald head. The half-Salvadorian actor who stars as a top U.S. Army Ranger with a badass crew cut on the mun2 series, RPM Miami—puts Vin Diesel and Glee's Mark Salling to shame with his bald and beautiful-ness.

Wisin, 33

Bald Since: At least since "Rakata" (2005).

Why he's bald and beautiful: The fact that Wisin is bald is great. Not just because it makes the boricua reggaetton star look sexy, but also because without Wisin's bald head we'd never be able to tell him apart from Yandel.

Pitbull Makes Cover of Billboard Magazine

Latin hip-hop star Pitbull has been all over the place lately, including touring with fellow hit makers Prince Royce and Enrique Iglesias. Therefore, we weren’t surprised to find out that he’s gracing the cover of Billboard. In the new issue, he talks about his new album, Planet Pit. Lucky for you, we have some quotes from the article.

Courtesy of Billboard Magazine.

"You have to be constantly outdoing yourself," Pitbull says via the phone from Paris, where he's knee-deep in a round of promotion for his new album, "Planet Pit," due June 21 from Mr. 305/Polo Grounds/J. Following the City of Light, he was off to Germany and the Netherlands. "That's what [Jobs] knew: He had the Mac, but then he did the iPod, then the iPhone and then the iPad. There's always room for improvement."

The musical goal for "Planet Pit," Pitbull says, was "to create an album where every record on it could be a single -- where every record you go to, you're just like, 'Wow.' " His test for the "wow" factor is simple: "I just ask myself, 'If I were in a club or an arena or a stadium, would this make me go crazy?'" Pitbull credits a childhood spent listening to all kinds of music -- "merengue, freestyle, cha-cha, [Miami] bass, hip-hop, dancehall" -- with giving him the ability to "watch from a bird's-eye view. And that's what allows me to create music that crosses all genres," he says.

Although the considerable heavy-hitter quotient suggests a strategic A&R approach, Pitbull insists that the various collaborations on "Planet Pit" grew out of personal connections. "They all fell into place on their own," he says. "We'd hang out for a couple of nights, then it'd be like, 'Fuck it -- let's make a record together.' "

A self -described entrepreneur who says he envisions music paving the way toward his own marketing firm, Pitbull measures success the way multinational corporations do -- which comes as no surprise, given the wide-ranging business he does with blue chip brands like Kodak, Bud Light and Dr Pepper. "I make music with no boundaries," he says. "There's no specific class or people or culture I'm trying to target. And every time I reach a new audience, that means I'm doing something right.

Whoever hits up Pitbull in the near future can expect an experience that might be more intimate than the norm. "Before I enter any kind of deal with anyone, we'll have dinner numerous times just so they can see what kind of person I am," he says with a raspy chuckle. "It might be the most appealing part of doing business with the Pitbull brand."

Our 15 Hottest Latino Dads

It’s Father’s Day weekend, and we thought we should celebrate all the amazing Latinos raising their children—who look damn good doing it! We all have our favorites (read on to see who the staff picked and why) but Creative Director Paul Bruno said it best: “Latino dads very often get a bad wrap. Personally, I’ve never seen any man step up to the demands of fatherhood like a Latino man.”

Here are our picks for the 15 hottest Latino celeb papis:

Production Director Sandra Volino picked Pitbull: “Dale! Of course.” (Full disclosure, Sandra lives on Planet Pit and her desk is a small shrine to the man.)

Celebrity Bookings Director Jazmine Perez picked Javier Bardem: “Somehow, being a new dad makes him even more attractive.”

Deputy Editor Angie Romero picked Daddy Yankee: “The name says it all. He will forever be Papi Yankee. Plus, he’s super fit these days!

Retail & Lifestyle Director Michelle Cortes picked Robbie Rosa (Dracko) “He combines sexiness, rocker status, jibaro, passion and family man all in one. He’s like the Latino version of Seal and he was in MENUDO!”

Creative Director Paul Bruno picked Marc Anthony: “He seems like such a fun and loving father to grow up around!”

Sales & Production Assistant Laura Hernandez picked Andy Garcia: “He’s very attentive with his kids and I think that’s sexy in a man.”

Senior Account Executive Jackie O’Connor picked Alex Rodriguez: “He’s hot on and off the field.”

Fashion Market Editor Verky Arcos picked Mark Consuelos: “I love that even though he’s SUPER hot and got married at a young age, he’s very devoted and committed to his wife and children.

Director of Digital Stacey Rivera picked Benjamin Bratt: “Imagine if your dad had that smile? How could that not calm an upset child (and probably mami, too!)

Online Editor Mariela Rosario double dipped with Gael Garcia Bernal & Diego Luna: "This is a two-for-one because these papis are so close they even had their babies at the same time! Plus, they are just as good at being dads as they are at being there for each other."

Associate Entertainment Editor Lee Hernandez picked Freddie Prinze Jr.:“Freddie Prinze and Sarah Michelle Gellar seem to be really in love – both with each other, and with their daughter Charlotte Grace Prinze.”

Managing Editor Yuliana Gomez picked Juanes: “Juanes is my favorite dad because he stands by his family—no matter what he has going on, his wife and kids are most important.”

Beauty Editor Kate Sandoval didn’t have to think that hard before choosing William Levy: “Um, what more do you need to know? He’s incredibly hot.”

The whole staff picked Ricky Martin! We all agree with Michelle Cortes: “Ricky’s the sexiest dad ever because he exudes adoration for his kids. You can tell they are truly his life.”

Our 10 Most Metrosexual Latinos!

A recent study by Univision found that Latino men use styling products, moisturizer, and fragrance twice as much as other men. Not to mention the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery’s recent report that male breast reduction is now one of the 5 most popular cosmetic procedures. But these findings are probably obvious to you: our men have always been into manscaping. Just ask Enrique Ramirez, self-described guy-brow expert and founder of Face to Face NYC. Here are our top 10 most impeccably groomed men:

  Tonight (I'm Lovin' You)

Enrique Iglesias has perfected the optimal amount of facial stubble for that sexy rugged-yet-clean look, clearly knows how to wield the styling gel for a cool, tousled hairstyle, and cared enough to get the mole near his nose removed.
Calendario William Levy 2011
William Levy is the best Cuban thing since mojitos!” Ramirez exclaims. He makes sure to highlight his best assets: clean-shaven, chiseled jawline, soft lips, beautiful brows, and a flashy blue suit to show off his eyes.

"Besides meticulously shaping his moustache and soul patch, Romeo Santos has groomed his brows into perfect, masculine-looking arches," says Ramirez.

Although we’ll never fully forget the mullet Mario Lopez sported in Saved by the Bell, he is now flawless from head to toe. “The dude always has perfect skin, a perfect chin and perfect slicked back hair. He’s the envy of all men,” says Ramirez

Danza Kuduro

Clearly Don Omar has some super thick eyebrows, but he’d never let them get into unibrow territory; the singer keeps them tweezed and smooth. He also keeps his hair juuust right, his skin clear, and his suits spiffy.

Desperado (Special Edition)

Despite being 50, Antonio Banderas hasn’t let up in the grooming department. He’s as clean-shaven as ever, with a full head of hair that’s meticulously gelled back.

Smooth, radiant skin, a sexy haircut and stylish fashion sense (check out that fabulous scarf!) make Rodrigo Santoro a shoe-in for this metrosexual list.

RODRIGO SANTORO / LETICIA SABATELLA / CASSIA KISS - NAO POR ACASO - NOT BY CHANCE (2007)

This slugger has all his bases covered. Alex Rodriguez keeps his skin clear and stubble-free (on his face and chest!), his brows groomed, even his nails impeccably manicured.

Hey Baby (Drop It To The Floor)
Yes, his head is shaved and smooth, his eyebrows combed, and his facial hair carefully trimmed, but what really puts him at the top of this list: the man is wearing an ascot. Could Pitbull look more dapper?!

Just the Way You Are (2-Track)

He’s got the skinny tie, the matching pocket square, and a retro hair style. Bruno Mars is definitely high-fashion
